The Essential Tranquility package is designed for owners seeking professional marketing for their property. We ensure your property is listed on the main vacation rental platforms, using a professional channel manager that guarantees real-time synchronization of calendars and rates. Your pricing is maximized by dynamic pricing software that adjusts prices in real time based on seasonality, demand, and your property's location, maximizing your rental income. This tool is continuously managed and adjusted by our local market and industry experts. Commission: 10% (excluding VAT) per stay.

The Premium Tranquility package is designed for owners who want to take greater control of the day-to-day operations of their vacation rentals, while retaining their own staff. Commission: 15% excluding VAT per stay.
The Global Tranquility Formula

The Prestige Tranquility package guarantees a premium guest experience, seamless management for the owner, and optimal valuation of your property in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Commission rates vary depending on the length of your guests' stay: - 20% (excluding VAT) for 1 to 14 days. - 18% (excluding VAT) for 15 to 30 days. - 16% (excluding VAT) for 30 days or more!
The Global Tranquility Formula
During the months when your villa is unoccupied, it's never left unattended. We ensure regular on-site visits to prevent incidents, maintain the property in perfect condition, and prevent a simple issue from escalating into costly damage. Includes a monthly property visit with a report. Services performed during each visit: Security & access check: verification of doors, windows, locks, and overall condition. Alarm testing if installed. Electrical check: verification of the electrical system, panels/equipment, and proper functioning of appliances. Plumbing & structural check: inspection of critical areas (potential leaks), ceiling and risk zone checks, and roof inspection. Ventilation & humidity control: ventilation of rooms to limit condensation, odors, and material deterioration. Maintenance cleaning: light cleaning and maintenance of a consistent level of hygiene.
